Argh, I'll just order a random urine test for my patient. Heck the 24 hours urine collection. Got sediments in tube 0.... Cham liao, kidney stone anyone?

Watchmen

Watched the show with Jef, O-wern, and Eddie yesterday evening. It's rather interesting, just that I do not understand why it's classified as M18 when there's so much gore... Maybe it's a sign MDA is relaxing on censorship issues? Another thing is the sheer length of the movie.... 2 hours 45mins.... I do think that the introduction is a bit too long, to an extent of almost draggy, but I do like the sci-fic ideas in it =)

Somehow I think Malaysia's version of the show will be relatively much shorter than the original film, just too many things which I think they will censor. One quote that I find quite interesting is when Rorschac says to the criminals in the prison.

" I'm not trapped in here with you, but you're trapped in here with me!"

That sounded sad for the prisoners. True enough, most if not all of them are killed by him ...

Certainly a nice movie to watch if you like sci-fic (or anime for that matter). I like particularly the "Tower of Akasha" Dr. Manhattan created on Mars. Looks damn nice la!

A Helping Hand

Helped someone with router problem today... 39 minutes of phone bills haha, but well, time well spent. It's fulfilling to just receive a simple thank you from the other party when you don't expect anything in return when you decided to help =)

Then one question comes to mind, won't the world be a happier place if everyone help each other out unconditionally? I don't look down at people who doesn't help an old lady cross the road, but I disgust those who hypocritically help other people just to show how "kind" they are. So many years of individualism teaching certainly teaches us something, be it good or bad. The bottom line is: help people out of your own kindness, if not I'd rather you not help at all.

JLPT Result!

Just got back my JLPT 4 result. Passed =P Now I got more reason to go deeper haha. Well, I know it's the easiest level, but who doesn't rejoice over the fact that he passed his exams :P Haih... Wanted to self-study my Japanese 3 syllabus.... in the end I have the feeling that I'll take Japanese 3 next sem... Sienzzzzz
