Lab Progress

Well, although the title suggests that I had progress with my cancer cells, the reality is that my second batch of cells didn't grow as I want it to grow. Apparently the non-growing cells in my last post died on me. Hence, I wouldn't be able to do anything until this Sunday hopefully, God please let my cells grow... although they are cancerous...

Anyway, no matter what trial is placed before me, I'll overcome it in Jesus' mighty name! The joy of the Lord shall be my joy!

The Proposal

Despite the busy schedule, went to watch the show :) Heard from friends that it's a rather good movie so watch lo... Turned out to be hilarious and touching at the same time. Didn't feel I've wasted any time haha.

On a side note, I decided to do something crazy tonight after I mistook 963 for 188. Ended up alighting at Bukit Batok instead of Kent Ridge... So I decided to walk back from Bukit Batok. Took me a full 2 hours to walk back. But well, good exercise XD

MTT Assay

1 week worth of lab, and no results! Haha, well we got some interesting findings. Apparently one of our test compound actually helped the cancer cells to grow, which causes us to be like WHAT?!! How can this happen...... And I'm dead sure that we didn't add in the wrong wells too. What can be the reason? Only God knows..... Got to pray hard for next week when I do the repeat myself.
